Launchpad is a social entrepreneurship venture, with the express purpose of providing low cost and high performance real estate development solutions and facilities for high achieving charter schools, such as Rocketship Education. Launchpad believes that excellent educational programming should not be burdened with the daunting and risky task of real estate development, and has been created to help charter schools solve their facilities issues. Launchpad also believes that charter schools are a key catalyst to positive and community serving redevelopment, and will work tirelessly and strategically to positively redevelop the areas where it locates and builds charter schools by ensuring that the charter schools serve the community.
